Fenomena Baru Industri Perhotelan dalam Mendorong Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Daerah NTB

Abstrak

Industri perhotelan di Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) mengalami transformasi struktural fundamental pasca-pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menganalisis dinamika pemulihan hotel berbintang dan non-bintang periode 2021–2024 untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi sektor perhotelan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder BPS NTB, penelitian menerapkan analisis CAGR terhadap tiga indikator: Jumlah Tamu Menginap (JTM), Rata-rata Lama Menginap (RLM), dan Tingkat Penghunian Kamar (TPK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertumbuhan JTM yang spektakuler pada hotel berbintang (CAGR 35,58%), dipimpin oleh hotel bintang 5 (66,44%) yang mengindikasikan fenomena “revenge travel”. Paradoks signifikan muncul pada RLM: hotel berbintang secara agregat mengalami kontraksi (-5,92%) sementara hotel non-bintang tumbuh positif (4,29%). Hotel non-bintang mencatat pertumbuhan TPK agresif (23,49%) dengan pencapaian absolut 1.019.211 tamu, yang mengonfirmasi “demokratisasi pembangunan pariwisata”. Temuan ini mengkonfirmasi evolusi menuju “Hospitality 4.0” yang dicirikan pariwisata bervolume tinggi berdurasi pendek. Polarisasi kinerja menguntungkan segmen luxury dan budget, sementara mid-range menghadapi tekanan kompetitif. Penelitian ini memvalidasi peran hotel sebagai sektor basis ekonomi NTB dan merekomendasikan pengembangan Master Plan Perhotelan 2025-2030 dengan strategi zonasi investasi berbasis segmen, program fasilitasi diferensial, dan implementasi sistem monitoring real-time. Diharapkan rekomendasi ini dapat mengoptimalkan kebijakan pembangunan sektor perhotelan yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif di NTB.
